It will let the ring soak the liquids. Then you should wipe the ring with a soft cloth until it is wholly dry. Then arrange a bowl. Fill it with rubbing alcohol. Then put the ring into that bowl. Let it be inside that solution for a few seconds. Then you can take away the ring and clean it with cool water. Let the ring to dry in the air.

Then you can store the ring in a separate slot in a jewelry box. If you don't want to let it scratch, wrap it with a piece of paper.

You must take special care of your platinum diamond ring. If you suspect about the loose setting, take it to a jeweler. The jeweler can reset the stone, if needed, and ensure of any scratches that your eye can't find. You must go near a jeweler once a year to make the setting checked.
